Firewall 192.168.*.* public access

I have noticed that my firewall settings are constantly updated to allow range 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.1.255 to have public access.

Why is this happening, what is making these changes to my firewall?  WIndows, Virus?

Re: Firewall 192.168.*.* public access

That's your local network, usually supplied by whatever router or modem you are using,

If you Google Search for "what is ip range 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.1.255" (minus the '') there are numerous links explaining it.

This one for instance: http://compnetworking.about.com/od/wirelessterms/g/192-168-1-5-ip_address.htm
