I have the same problem. Must be a bug.
This issue is not solved, so I can confirm that This question is Assumed Solved is not true.

I know we thought it was so someone marked assumed solved which we mods cannot change. I am seeing what happens Monday when the US staff return form holidays and will bring this up again in our Monday afternoon moderator call.
Unmarked it as being Solved.
Same problem here with McAfee Internet Security, but disabling the fast startup option doesn't cure it.
WE know even reinstall does not work. Funnt though mine is on 1 day not happening next. Strange why not always
