Email inserted text following a security update

Seemingly following a security update the following inserts automatically into random emails sent from Outlook exchange. Any ideas? It spooks the recipients and looks terrible.

Please let us know which McAfee version that you have installed on your computer.

Virus scan 22.3.143

Anti spam 18.8.138

Please let us know whether it started happening after McAfee update or Windows update. Also the windows version on your PC. Try reinstalling McAfee and update us.
