Dllhost.exe crash with memory dump

C:\Windows\System32\Dllhost.exe crash with memory dump on Windows 10 Pro.  After discussed with Microsoft, it was caused by McAfee Total Protection and recommended to put this file into McAfee exclusion list.  Does anyone experience this error with a resolution?

Unsure re putting it in the exclusion list you can do this manually but usually all MS files are vetted and cleared.

How often do you see the application crash could you please let us know if any specific action that was performed resulting the application error on 10/28/2017 9:54:47 AM. I.e. if any application on the computer was opened?

It's not recommended to add files in exclusion list unless it's really critical.
