Computer at Risk Error.

I have a problem with my Mcafee Internet Security.  It says that my computer is at risk, and that I need to activate it.   It has been activated for only 3-4 months and it is stopping me from accessing my scans and such.  The last time this occured, about 5 days ago, I had a technican from Mcafee take remote control and remove and reinstall it.  But now it reappears and the same process is not working now.   They told me my subscription is still new and is not expired, but this bug or error is saying it is.  If there is any other information required to fix this, please quote.
