Will not download says check internet. McAfee techs say it was to do with internet explorer blocking download.
I have re-set IE and tried to download again. Just says there are serious threats on my computer, but cannot see what they are.
Tech tried to sort out issue remotely and did not work. Has anyone had same issue? Exasperating.
Kindly hover over avatar, and click on (Follow) he should receive a request to follow you. If he follows you you should receive one as well. If so, them accept. Thank you for providing the Service Request number. This will assist him in observing what support has done thus far.
Being that he is out of Country and be his ( Off Day) will determine how quickly he responds.
