Can you use McAfee products from past years for current year?

Hello everyone,

I was looking around my house and found a McAfee Internet Security 2011 product that I purchased for 1 user. Would this product work in 2013?

Also, if there is a product for 3 users (McAfee 2013 Total Protection)  and I activated one of them, would I be able to activate the other 2 at any other time without limits? Can I use the other ones in 2014?

Thanks,

JAJ

The 2011 product is obsolete and the 2013 product is only good for one year from day of purchase and then must be renewed to continue receiving updates/upgrades.   Waiting a while to install only cuts down on what is left of your subscription time.

The 2013 product does come with a 3-user license if you wish.

Here's one example:  http://home.mcafee.com/store/internet-security and of course you can shop around for the best deals.
