CBL Botnet infection

Our IP address has appeared on the Composite Blocking List.  Apparently it is infected by the Gozi botnet.

1 hit back on 18/9/19 at 3.45am (PC off).  Ran full scan, Norton Power Eraser, Spy Hunter on PC and cannot locate the 'file'.

We also use apple products and a fire stick and smart TV.  So far I've been assuming that the infection must be on the PC.

Problem was discovered after we could no longer send emails (virginmedia).  They are still problematic but virgin media state that it is not their issue to fix. O/H thinks I shouldn't worry about it

Any help would be appreciated.  Please note, I am in no way an IT expert!

Followed all the steps, with a little help from Technical Support. Nothing was found so I have no idea how we have ended up on the CBL.

Im tempted to follow the removal process on www.abuseat.org unless anyone thinks I should not do that?
