I just got billed for auto-renewal unexpectedly. I would like a refund, I am not even in possession of this computer any more. I am currently in taiwan and it’s difficult for me to call that US line from here. Further more when I do succeed in calling it is always busy or beeping and I get no personnel to correspond with me.
It is becoming very frustrating. Can someone from mcafee please help me out here.
