Auto Renewal refund

Hello

 

Today my auto renewal happened and I have submitted a request to refund it. I tried contacting online support and was told to call +353 160 155 80 (Irish number) No matter what i tried to do to contact customer support all I got were dead ends and no help. If I do not get help with this refund I will be sure to never use this product again.

Thank you for your help with the matter

Thank you for your reply. I am unable to contact any customer support through phone to help with a refund and have been trying for the last 2 hours. Each one I try doesn't work and a lot of people seem to be having the same problems as me. I respectfully ask that you give me the full refund that I have asked for because i cannot contact your customer support at all.

Hi

As stated in the original post the country is Ireland. I have already gotten the support number and I have tried many others since then. the +353 160 155 80 Number provided to me in an email says that my call cannot go through.
