I started to renew my account today & when I did it charged me $10 more then what it said it would
It did NOT send a copy of receipt to my email & the McAfee website will not let me log in or send emails to change password
This is the first place I thought of to go
Is there anything I can do?
Try going to Useful Links at the top of this page and contact Customer Service. You will need to provide them with as many details as you can. If you paid by using your credit card you should be able to dispute the charge with them as far as the discrepancy is concerned but I feel Customer service should be able to resolve things for you.
