Since downloading ans installing my McAfee program (for the second time) once again all of my MS programs do not work properly.
I am a uni student and reply on my laptop for EVERYTHING - PLEASE FIX THIS OR I WOULD LIKE A REFUND!!!

It's difficult for us to provide help without any details.
What operating system and service pack are you using?
What programs have 'broken'? Did you refuse permission when Firewall popped the question about do you want these programs to have access?
Where were these files - the normal spot or had you moved them elsewhere?
Are you at a university behind a proxy firewall? How do you connect to the internet?
Of course you can get a refund through the Customer Service department as long as it's within 30 days of purchase.
