My Total Protection subscription recently expired. I purchased and updated with a 3 user Total Protection 2013 Cd. After instaluation and entering the product key on both of my computers without any problems I get a message that says Mcafee is having a problem activating products at this time. That was 4 days ago and I am still getting the same message. I have not seen anyone else here with the same problem. Does anyone know anything about this? Thank You!!

Redeemed the product key. Log in if you have an existing account with mcafee if not click register now.
Do the onscreen prompt to download/ install.
