Activation can't continue

Hi!

I have bought Internet Security 2010 (CD) and I have some problems to activate it! This messages appears every time I try to activate my antivirus (since almost 30 days):

We're sorry, but we're having trouble activating McAfee products. You can begin using your products now, but you won't receive automatic updates.

Don't worry,we'll ask you to continue activating your McAfee products once the problem is fixed.

So please, could someone help me?

Hi,

May I know what is the browser we use ? firefox or Internet Explorer?

What is the computer's operating system ?

My operating system is Windows Vista and I use Internet Explorer...So if you have some advices to give to me...It will be appreciated!

Try resetting your internet explorer (open IE, click tools - click internet options - advanced tab - click Reset)

And then try to activate your programs.

Do report back if you still have issues registering mcafee
