Access denied

What does this mean when going to a website?  Is it related to McAfee?  How do I fix it so I can get to the website?

403 - Forbidden: Access is denied.

You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.

Depends what the website is you are trying to get to.

Go to the Microsoft Update site. If you get the message there, then the following might help :

Did You tried accessing the same sit without mcafee but in same pc?
