I am uncertain if this is a (Buisness) issue or a (Consumer Issue)

I am also uncertain if you should be posting Links for (Security) purposes?

Hi

You will see the above message whenever the recipient's Mailbox is full. The Recipient will be using a Microsoft Exchange Server where his/her Inbox size is limited. Once the mailbox is full he/she can't receive further mails. You might need to wait for the Recipient to clear his Excess Emails before you send mails again for successful delivery. I assume that you are using Outlook 2007.
