Issues with MVM installation on HyperV Win2012 R2

I have installed MVM is the distributed environment.

Environment : HyperV 2012R2, SQL Server 2008

1st Server  - Scan controller, Scan engine ,API server ,Notification service ,Data synchronization service ,Web portal ,Report engine

2nd Server - Database , Configuration manager

the product installed smoothly but resulted in few issues:

- The Enterprise Manager doesnt load. I see following error in the FCm.log file:

ime='2014-11-14 16:39:53.357' | pri='00000' | name='FMSCommon' | threadID='4008' |  Unable to retrieve agent ID; IIS certificate installation might fail for IIS7

time='2014-11-14 16:39:53.373' | pri='00000' | name='FMSCommon' | threadID='4008' |  Failed to configure IIS to accept Foundstone.pem. Result code 87

- All components are showing green on FCM console except the Scan Engine(Showing Red). I tried restarting it but no help.

I have disabled the UAC(User Access control) on both the systems and reinstalled MVM. The situation has not improved.

i have looked at the FCagent log file and seen following errors:

time='2014-11-14 16:18:24.455' | pri='00000' | name='FCAgent' | threadID='1384' |  FC Agent service started. Version = 7.5.0.14107.

time='2014-11-14 16:18:24.534' | pri='00000' | name='FCAgent' | threadID='1384' |  Failed to locate custom certificates. Reverting to default certificates

time='2014-11-14 16:18:24.534' | pri='00000' | name='FCAgent' | threadID='1384' |  Attempting to create connection using default certificate

time='2014-11-14 16:18:25.580' | pri='00000' | name='FCAgent' | threadID='1384' |  Agent failed to connect to server: SSL Error = 0, WSA Error = 10061.

Could you suggest something here that I can try?
