I am using McAfee Enterprise antivirus v8.8 but unable to run scan

I am using Mcafee Enterprise v8.8 and unable to run scan.I tried Express scan and full Scan both options but nothing is working. I am using QuickBooks Pro in multi user which create problem with my software file sharing as well.Called QuickBooks Customer Service Phone number for support but they wanted me to uninstall and reinstall McAfee which I don't want to do.May be someone can help.

What happens when you try to run a ODS (On Demand Scan)?  Does OAS (On Access Scan) work?

You need pt provide more details as in version numbers etc..  have you provided all the AVS exclusions required for QuickBooks?
