Encrypted USB won't unlock on OSX 10.10 Yosemite

I recently purchased a mac and found that my mcafee encrypted usb doesn't unlock. I can open the standalone software and change all the setting but as soon as I want to  open the USB and look at the files I get this error:

I moved this, for now at least, to Business > Other McAfee Corporate Products for better support

Actually if you can name the exact McAfee software you are using, I can possibly move this to that exact area.
