solidcore Enable mode not blocking installation for untrusted users

I am using ePO 5.9.1 and Solidcore 8.2.1 . After completing solidification, solidcore status changed to enable mode, but it is not blocking when i try to do new application installation. Any idea?

@MohanMuniyappan : Thanks for reaching out to McAfee Community. 

From the Description, I understand you are having issues with Solidcore not blocking the new install of  applications. 

Can you check on this configuration below?

See if you can enable package control as this feature is disabled by default and see if issue occurs.

Thanks for your reply. I am looking for ePO managed solution. I guess your reference is for standalone configuration.

Bypass Package Control was enabled.

After disable it is working as expected ( Installation /Un installation restricted ).
