Windows 7 x64 unable to finish booting after enabling SolidCore

When we enable SolidCore on Windows 7 x64 machines, the systems do not finish booting.  They show the "Ctrl+Alt+Delete" prompt, but after pressing C+A+D the prompt goes away and the login prompt does not appear.  Booting into Safe Mode works OK.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Which version of Solidcore? Can you please log a Support case for this?

Re: Windows 7 x64 unable to finish booting after enabling SolidCore

We have had a support case open for quite a while, and just yesterday I received a notice that there is new release of Solidcore that supposedly fixes the problem.

(Unfortunately, in the mean time our ePO server no longer lets us login, so now we have another issue to fix before we can even test that fix.... waiting on tech support to research this new problem...)

Thanks for the reply vjain

Re: Windows 7 x64 unable to finish booting after enabling SolidCore

in case the issue is reproducible, please check the behavior with MP feature disabled. To check this:

boot with solidcore disabled

run 'sadmin features disable MP'

reboot with solidcore enabled
