VDP machines Win10 - showing high I/O read/writes/read bytes/write bytes [ scsrvc.exe ]

Hi Mcafee Enterprise Community,

Can we ask for your help in identifying/possible provide solution. Why I/O resources (*shown in the screenshots). Are showing extensive high. that possible causing the system to intermittent lockout/lagging.

As per checking the SCSRVC.EXE have over 4 Billion I/O Write bytes, which do not change. We have a test machine that is login for almost 2 weeks now. Still It is 40 Billion I/O Write bytes, and never fall down. No Application running on the front end. Please see screenshots that scsrvc.exe is (times 10 from the other Processes that is running)?

Regards,
William

Hi @WillLAus20,

The I/O Read/Writes may be high in Observe Mode.

May I know if you're using Solidcore in either Observe/Update Mode?

Thanks
