Unable to end Observe Mode

Jump to solution

Hi,

I am unable to end Observe Mode. It shows "Solidfy the system volum first" Do we need to run a command manually on the client to start solidfying? the system has 3 drives, one is already solidified, the other two have not yet solidfy. Its been showing with this status for a week now.

This is because the product is designed not to allow entering to "enable" i.e. "activated" mode without having the whitelist (inventoyr+policies) in place.

So the message "solidify the volume first" means, create the inventiry first and then enter to enable mode.

This can be done by using command specified by my frined in last comment.

You can run "sadmin so <drive letter>" example: "sadmin so c:" this will start solidification on the drive. But do you have a gatherinfo from the machine in question?
