We have Solidcore installed on a device with the McAfee Agent. It looks like during an update to 8.3.1 the Solidcore product did not come back online as expected. After having a local user investigate they were unable to issue local commands due to the Solidcore service being unavailable. They verified the service was down and could not start it because the file was missing. User browsed to the location of the Solidcore service executable and located the file. It is in place. They attempted to start manually with no luck. Unable to remove Solidcore because it says that the product is running and needs to be disabled first.
