Re: Solidcore issue

Hi himanshu,

Please file a  case with support. Can you give the exact Integrity Monitoring version you are using?

Integrity monitorig should ideally be not interfering with Windows updates.

Thanks,

Neelima

Re: Solidcore issue

Hi Neelima,

Current version is :- 5.1.1 for integrity Monitoring..

Everytime we need to disable the solidcore on servers first then only we are able to install the patches.

Re: Solidcore issue

Himanshu,

You need to configure Windows update policies present in the MAC extension to let Windows updates push in automatically. There should be no need to go into update mode everytime after that.

5.1.1  EOLs in Dec 2013. I would recommend that you consider moving to our latest 6.1.1 release. Please see MAC 5.1 EOL KB for more details.

Thanks,

Re: Solidcore issue

Himansu,

As mentioned by Neelima, Integrity Monitoring does not block the application. Application Control would be doing it. You would either place teh Application COntrol in Update mode or add the Windows updater as Updater.
