Solidcore issue on Citrix Windows 2012 Server

We have Windows Server 2012 R2 hosted on Citrix VM on which we have installed MCafee Agent : with Solidcore Client : We have Mcafee ePO 5.9.1 Version. We have put SC: Client in Enabled Mode. We are having issues once server is booted after that Solidcore Services not running ( only showing as automatic ). We are not able to start Solidcore Services but still we could see Solidcore Client status at Enabled in ePO Console.

Other issue is since this is Citrix VDI we use Vdisk ( read only mode) so other VM's with different hostname, are booted from same VDisk are not showing as Solidcore status as Enabled. Kindly suggest ?

Re: Solidcore issue on Citrix Windows 2012 Server

Thank you for posting your query.

There are many ways to look at the issue.

The screenshots which you have sent seems to be a EPO Screenshot. Did you check the locally on client to see if the service is really running or not. I am pretty sure you would have already checked that.

If its a linux system then try the below KB :

If its windows system- try restarting the service from command prompt :
net start scsrvc

If still doesnt help, We might need to look at the solidcore logs which is present in C:\programdata
