Hi ,
What is the expeted Solidcore Status mode after installation is completed? All those I have installed the status shows Disabled. My understanding is if they are in Disbaled Mode, they will not be solidfied.
Yes installed just has disabled mode until you push the enable task from EPO.
The enable task does the following:
1. Adds the license you selected
2. Puts in update/observe mode
3. Reboots or restarts services
4. Solidifies. if application control was selected.
5. Pulls inventory if you selected this option.

I selected Limited Feature Activation to avoid a reboot, but the server rebooted anyways and came back online with a Windows message, "Windows has recoverered from an unexpexted shutdown"
What OS? If win 10 or server 2016 try KB91225. If win 7 try to disable sau. "Sadmin features disable sau" and reboot

OS Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise
Solidcore version 8.0.0.855
I was preparing to deploy solidcore on over 2000 servers. If this is the outcome, we probably need to hold on before proceeding adding Solidcore in our environment.
Suggest to disable SAU or upgrade to latest 8.0.2 version as 8.0.0.855 had known issue of us injecting into everything when we shouldnt have.

I just removed Solidcore completley from the one that rebooted suddenly. If i understand you correctly, your suggestion is not to install version 8.0.0.855, correct?
Correct. Please use the latest 8.0 version - Currently latest version supported on 2008r2 is 8.0.2-228
