Thank you for your post. We would need more context on this topic to investigate the issue. May I know if you have already created a Service Request with us?
i do not see any logs attached, however, To protect your log data that may contain sensitive information, we would recommend having this investigated via a Service Request.
Please do explain when the issue starts, and also attach MER or Gatherinfo to the Service Request so that it is useful for our investigation.
