Solidcore blocking executables

I have added 3 executables to the whitelist and I have assigned them updater permissions but SC is still blocking them. I added them by hash and file name in ePO under Solidcore Rules. I get the following errors. Am I missing something?

McAfee Application Control prevent an attempt to modify file

or

XXX.exe is not on the corporate whitelist and will not be allowed to run

Re: Solidcore blocking executables

Hi @rbenson09

Thank you for reaching out to community.

Solidcore.log or S3.log in Program Data should give exact reason on the block details.

You may need to check on them accordingly.

If issue persists, I request you to log an SR for this and provide us with gatherinfo logs for our investigation.
