Hi Team,

We have seen some blocked events from automatic email notifications with AD audit plus even after whitelisting. Can you please let us know if this is the correct format attached screenshotsexceptions 2.PNGexceptions 1.PNGBlocked events.PNG?

Hi,

As per the policies applied, there is no reason you should observe those execution denied events.

Kindly try re-login in with the user you marked as trusted under policy.

Regards

Hi,

I see that they have lost the service account password, is there any other way through directories we can whitelist them as we have tried with the attached exception and still notice execution denied events, also could you please let us know if the exclusion directory format is correct which we have applied?

Hi, Yes you can whitelist using epo also, you should know the full file path, or its checksum. Both ways "run command" client task will help you achieve the whitelisting of files. Directory exclusion rules I don't see any in the above snippet, all are "Include" rules. Regards
