Solidcore Rules exhibiting issues after user deleted.

Noticed error messages showing when trying to browse Solidcore Rules (“An unexpected error occurred” – “Error Message = blank”. Managed to Locate this document - https://kc.mcafee.com/corporate/index?page=content&id=KB87839&elqTrackId=B86257A029C3B5CB09198FE40E4...

Seems the problem described in 1262809 is the same as the issue we have encountered. Is anyone aware of a way to rectify this?

Thanks

Hi @NicholasSTR,

Thank you for your post. you are looking for solution for Bug ID: 1262809, I would recommend you to contact technical Support by raising a Service Request for this.

We have a fix for this in terms of Extension. This is expected to be fixed in a future release of MACC extension, however currently we may have a Release to Support Package of Extension that should help you fix this. I sincerely hope this helps! Please let us know how this goes.
