Solidcore Logs

I have Solidcore installed on some devices from a vendor and when testing the new version 8.3.3 I was unable to complete the update. Some machines fail after a few minutes and some appear to timeout after 20. I have limited access to the machines and have to write custom scripts to pull logs. Is there a log location that I can pull that would show why these installations\upgrades are failing?

The solidcore related log locations can be found in the document below.

The installation logs should be under the C:\Windows folder. Log file names:

Solidcore_setup.log

Solidcore_installer.log
