SCSRVC.exe High Memory Utilization

I have solidcore installed on Windows with 8GB which was working fine. We have upgraded the RAM to 16GB and now on all the client systems the SCSRVC.exe process takes 14GB memory. How can I restrict or limit the RAM to this process?

Re: SCSRVC.exe High Memory Utilization

Hello @avilt
First you can disable the memory protection features in solidcore and check the RAM goes down, If not then,
Second we need to check if the memory leak happening on the system or not ? In order to identify it requires PoolMon logs from the system while reproducing the issue.

Symptoms for this issue could be :
1. System Performance Downgraded
2. Windows Logs display out of memory or low resources
3. High memory usage by scsrvc.exe
4. Task Manager > Performance displays physical Memory
5. Task Manager > Performance displays kernal Memory

Look forward to your reply
