Hello,

Thank you for reaching Mcafee community.

Please let me know one thing, whether you installed Solidcore locally on the machine or from epo?

If you installed solidcore locally on the machine then follow the below article which should resolve the issue.

How to manage a manually deployed Solidifier installation
Technical Articles ID: KB69408

I hope this helps, let us know if you have any queries.

i tried this solution

Solidcore Agent versions 6.1.3, 6.2 and later:

During the installation of Solidcore Agent versions 6.1.3 and later, the Solidcore installer verifies whether McAfee Agent is present and connects to it. No further steps are usually needed to be managed by ePO. If a disconnect occurs, run the following command from the CMD prompt that is run at installation:

C:\Program Files\mcafee\solidcore\instaconfig /connect

but nothing chnaged

Hi @shed If you've added the MACC license keys via installation or local 'sadmin' command, you don't need to do it again via ePO tasks.

  • Make sure the local CLI is in Lockdown mode via 'sadmin lockdown'.
  • Make sure that the 'sadmin status' output shows ePO Managed: Yes (it should after you ran the instaconfig.exe /connect command).
  • From the ePO server, perform an Agent Wakeup call with "Get full properties" selected.
