Recommendation and procedure of adding rules from mcafee Solidcore events

I just want to present our solidcore rules if its working and apply to all endpoint in our mcafee EPO, also recommended procedure on how to add solidcore event in our Solidcore rules. it is globally applied or not.

Thanks for the recommended dashboard to check if my policy is applied on the specific system. 

But how about the proper way to add the policy by receiving Solidcore event from system to mcafee EPO.
