Microsoft Exchange & Solidcore

Good morning.  I was wondering if there is any guidance on how to use application control in an exchange environment?  if not, does anyone know if it should or should not be used on any server that exchange uses?  Please advise.  Thanks!

Re: Microsoft Exchange & Solidcore

Hi @mlajoie

Thank you for reaching out to McAfee Community.

I believe you are looking for guidance on deploying Solidcore and testing functionality in Exchange server environment.

I request you to install on the Exchange (Test systems usually preferred) and leave the machine in observation mode.

Monitor the changes and files that needed to go in whitelist.

After few days of monitor, you can enable Solidcore on the client.

If any issues noticed in the mean time, you can reach out to us by opening an SR and our support will assist you further.

Was my reply helpful?

If Yes, please provide me with Kudo.

If I have answered your query, kindly mark this as solution so that together we help other community members.

Re: Microsoft Exchange & Solidcore

We've already deployed MACC in our environment. What I'm really looking for is if there are any best practices for using MACC and Exchange -- similar to how there are exclusions for ENS for Exchange.
