Hi McAfee Community,

Can we ask if you have steps/KB that you can share, for us to manually UNINSTALL the Solidcore Extension ver. 8.3.3 installed to (an old McAfee ePO 5.3.3 (Build 279). We are getting an error (even when we try to force it.

ERROR: Message: an error occurred while trying to uninstall the extension Solidcore

We are slowly upgrading our old ePO, but for now, is there away to safely remove this Solidcore Extension ver. 8.3.3 ?  Same issue after McAfee Epo services / or even complete server reboot.

And what is the compatible version of Solidcore extension for this (old) version of ePO ?

Please open a ticket with McAfee Solidcore team for manually removing the extension and they can answer the supported version for epo.
