We have more number of users facing issues in our environment. How to perform the action in EPO server.
We can't do for each machines.we have solution to perform via EPO server.
Thanks for the update.
In Policy they are advising to create the rule in binary for my query.
Instead of adding binary, we can Configure skiplist -d rule for path
can you advise me in those 2 scenario which one was effective on the client machines.
skiplist is advised to be used as a last resort when none of the trust polices options can be used.
Its recommended to be used for troubleshooting.
From your update, we have to go with trust policies via binary rule. Instead of using skip list command.
Correct me if I am saying anything wrong.
We have development team around 500-600 users. Every month the users will create build folder, in that folder around 30 bat & cmd files.
As per your advise I will create policy for this month to all the batch files on those project members.
Again next month the same users coming for new batch files with another new folder.so every month I have to add the binary in trusted policies.
I need to automate this issue instead of doing manual work. Please give me the solution for my query.
And also I have mentioned below the screenshots on one of the machine with 2 batch files status details.
This requires finding the process that is generating these events. Support should be able to help you with this.
Please file a support case.
