Integrity Monitor detects common proccess from McAfee Agent

I have McAfee Application and Change Control 8.0 deployed in systems with RedHat Linux 6.

For Integrity Monitor, the applied policy is tha McAfee Default (Minimal System Monitoring for Linux variants). This policy has a Rule Group for McAfee Agent that I assumed tha prevents the detection of common events from McAfee Agent.

In fact, IM are generating events in regular proccesses for McAfee Agent. Details are listed below:

Event: File Modified / File Attribute Modified

Object: /etc/ma.d/CMNUPD_3000/config.xml

Proccess: /opt/McAfee/agent/bin/Mue_InUse

User: root

Are these detections correct?  Do I have to create a new rule to exclude them?

Thanks in advance
