Hi @mlajoie,

Firstly, I sincerely appreciate the time and effort you have invested in digging into logs to understand what could possibly be wrong. In this case, the actual issue may or may not be related to this exception, however, I would say it is best to have it verified to get the worry off your mind. We sometimes have certain superfluous log information that may not be really required to be readably for our customers, however this does not seem like one such situation. It is best to raise a Service Request with Severity 4 and have this checked with our Engineering team if necessary.

Edit: I just received an update from one of my Senior Engineers who was viewing this post. The advise here is to ensure you are running the extension 8.3.1 before you confirm that this errors are still present with the latest extension as well and then register a Service Request.

They have informed that these errors should not be causing any actual issues and are superfluous, may not be required to be investigated from customer end.

Hi @mlajoie,

Thank you for your post.

May i know the exact issue you are facing in the front end? Are facing save failures in policy or errors while viewing policy? Either ways, I would recommend creating a support request to investigate DB related errors further.

We're just having some slowness so I was examining the logs. The solidcore error seems to be prevalent in the log so I wasn't sure if it was something to be alarmed about or not.
