Block a port?

Is there any way to block a port with Solidcore. I knoiw it isn't part of the product but maybe there was some trick to make it block a port.

HI Gearmesh,

In solidcore we canot block any ports but we can block executables. Only this required find out which application it will use accordingly you can block that application automaticaly it get control on ports as well.

e.g If you want to block port 25 then you can block all related application outlook etc.

Also one more option there you have to find the DLL files who support the function eg. Internet explore properties and network sharing  properties.

It will help you to restrict the access and modification settings.
