Application Control showing as disabled though all drives are solidified

Application COntrol is showing as disabled in the local machine. But when i checked the ePO, it was showing as solidified. I checked all the drives and found one the drives does not have that Solidcore folder created. I went ahead and put solidcore in recovery mode and did a scan of that drive. Solidcore folder was created. i also changed to Lockdown later. But Solidcore is still showing as disabled. I also restarted the machine. But sam eproblem. Also all drives are showing as Solidified - Unattached.

I am useing App COntrol 5.1.2 as am using Windows 2000SP4

Hello. Did you push the initial scan task from the ePO or did you have to do it from command line locally? I'am trying to push the task via client tasks from the ePO but nothing happens on the machine. I also have a Windows 2000 machine running McAfee agent 4.0 P4 and App Cont 5.1.2. Let me know. Thanks.
