my files are encrypted

Hello !I am Natalia. I have the problem. On my new SONY Ultrabook was pre-installed Windows 8 and Intel Anti-Theft Service, v.2.2. My computer was blocked. I it unlocked, but my files remained encrypted. Please, anybody help me to unlock my files.
