Intel Anti-Theft disabled Sony Computer, unable to unlock.

I'm not able to unlock the computer from its current state, displaying "Platform Attack detected." It happened after a battery change. Here's the info of the locked computer:

Platform ID:0000B685

Service Provider ID: 5,000

Hello Danny,

Please clarify whether there were any Hardware/Software changes made to the PC. Also were you able to make Support contact?

Other than the change of battery, no hardware or software modifications were made. As for support, not yet.
