Intel Anti-Theft Issue

Hi,

I'm trying to set up an old laptop of mine to be used by my mother in law. I've put a new SSD into the machine and have windows on a USB stick all ready to go. On booting the machine I'm greeted with an Intel Anti-Theft message asking for a User Password or Server Token Password which I have never seen before. I've googled the issue which directed me to a McAfee Web Console which no longer seems to work. Is there anyone here who can help or the mods can put me in contact with?
