Help uninstalling McAfee Anti-Theft

I have tried everything to try and uninstall Anti-Thef.  no luck, It hangs in windows while "decrypting" files (why were they encrypted in the first place is beyond me).  I have tried safe mode, I get an error.  At this point I am desperate I have sitting here with a useless machine unable to work.

Let me try to help you here. So the problem you are facing now is decryption hangs during uninstall, right? I need to understand what is goign wrong in your system. I have sent you a PM, please respond to that.
