Anti theft locked me out of my laptop. I have had this laptop for a few years and was wondering why and how I can log back in. I dont know the username password, its been so long. Thanks.

Please help me with the photograph of the Lock screen to gather information about your Anti-theft account. Look for Platform ID and Service Provider ID on the same screen.

Only the service provider id is shown its :2000

Hello Jeff,

It looks like your device is locked by another service rather than McAfee Anti-theft. Refer to the Knowledge Base article TS102246 where the ISV ID 2000 points to Absolute Software Computrace/Lojack
