i read the whole forum looking for an aswer, i already contacted Dell, Mcafee and Intel support, but none could help me.
I had to change my keyboard and now I can't access my computer due to the Intel AT

no, i replaced my keyboard.
If you do not remember the password as mentioned in post 10 of the link CD gave you and dell cannot help you sorry but you are thus blocked from using the laptop as support for the product/feature ended 2 years ago. Mcafee now will not assist with these issues any more it is all self help.
That is what we mods have been informed sorry.
