I have several email accounts that use with Outlook. Most are imap / smtp / pop, some are hotmail and one is exchange server (temporary situation for one client).
I was puzzled why Mcafee was missing loads of clearly identifiable spam, and tried to identify it some emails as spam.
I then discovered that only one of these email accounts is being scanned, and only one one account can i select an email and mark it as spam.
I have checked several other users computers and the same is true - only one email account is being checked.
This is clearly very worrying since we all believed that we were being protected!
Please advise as a matter of urgency how to rectify the problem. I have temporarily suspected all other users accounts until this is resolved as i believe this to be a massive security issue.
have probably the same issue using two profiles in Outlook 2016. In one profile, it seems to work, in the other, the fields in the taskbar remain greyed out!
