Cannot turn off McAfee anti-spam for Outlook (365)

McAfee is moving emails from friends and family into its own spam folder so I want to turn off this feature.

I'm using Outlook that's part of Microsoft 365 (Win10). I've taken the following steps and none of them work, since the next time I start Outlook the McAfee Anti-Spam is back again and running.

1) I opened Outlook as Administrator and disabled the McAfee Com Add-in, and also deleted the McAfee Anti-Spam folder. This worked until I ran Outlook again the next day and everything was back.

2) I opened the McAfee console, clicked the gear icon on the top right -> chose 'Anti-Spam' and turned this off entirely (even now it's grayed out/turned off). Then I did step (1) above. On restarting Outlook, McAfee Anti-Spam is back.

Thanks for any feedback on any way I can disable this feature in Outlook.

We regret for the inconvenience caused!

Kindly update the outlook and McAfee to the current version and then disable the Anti spam feature. After disabling, try deleting the folder from outlook. If issue persist, Please let us know the McAfee AV version and outlook Version.
